Daniel Ricciardo is having a tough time these days. The Australian is very slow behind the wheel of the otherwise very competitive Racing Bulls team and is taking spectacular blows from Yuki Tsunoda.
What is really embarrassing is that he is getting a much bigger beating than the recently eliminated Nyck de Vries ever got... It is not just the fans who are upset and the professional world is reportedly starting to take an interest in Ricciardo's future. If rumours from the paddock are to be believed, Helmut Marko is already sweating over the "performances" of the otherwise likeable driver and has reportedly given him an ultimatum. If Tsunoda beats him for the fourth time in four races at the Japanese Grand Prix - which he has every chance of doing against a driver who is passionate about his home crowd - he will go down, he will go up. Daniel Ricciardo is not helped by the fact that Liam Lawson is also very much on the move and apparently wants to get a place for himself after his great drive in last year's race. If "all goes well", he will soon get it...
Will the Japanese Grand Prix be RICCIARDO'S SURVIVAL?
