Leclerc was unhappy after last year, as he had high hopes that after 2008 they would be able to break the tight years without a victory in the constructors' championship under his leadership. That didn't happen then, but now... However, the Monegasque driver doesn't just want to lead Scuderia Ferrari to the top among manufacturers:
“It was a big disappointment for me that we narrowly missed out on the constructors’ title last year. After all that, my goal now is to win the constructors’ title. That would be a truly incredible achievement. But that’s not all. I also want to win the individual world championship. I’ve been dreaming about it since I was a child, I’d like to experience it as a reality one day, and I want this day to come in 2025! So I can safely say that our goal for this year is to win two world championships!
I am ready, it will not depend on me. The seasons are longer every year, so I have to prepare properly. My job has not changed, I always do the same thing and in the same way. I spent all my time training, I was in Italy, in the Dolomites, to put as much strain on myself as possible and improve my physical condition. I managed to do that, I have never been in such good shape, now I just have to maintain this state. I am ready for 2025!” – declared Charles Leclerc with extraordinary confidence.
