Ralf Schumacher believes that Lewis Hamilton has no chance of achieving success with Scuderia Ferrari this year, and if the team wins in the individual standings, it will be thanks to Charles Leclerc.
Schumacher doesn't offer a professional explanation, his intuition tells him that:
"I don't know why, but I have a feeling that if Ferrari wins the championship, it will be thanks to Charles Leclerc. When you change teams, you come to a new team in Formula 1, you need at least six to eight months to adapt perfectly to the working environment and to get your bearings perfectly. And I think that is completely independent of how talented, fast, experienced or hardworking you are. Let's not forget that during this time Leclerc will not rest either, on the contrary. He will use all the skills he can have to his advantage. Such is his six years of experience, his fluent knowledge of Italian and of course the relationships he has built..." - the former racer reflected.
