Stella has a passionate love for the sport, which is also indicated by the fact that, despite his position as head of a rivalry with a major team, he watched Lewis Hamilton's first steps at Ferrari with excitement:
"As an observer, I followed the events and I can safely say that I thought it was a really great debut from Lewis. I consider myself a Formula 1 fan, having worked at Scuderia Ferrari for a long time, so I couldn't deny it, I was watching the events with excitement. It was truly sporting history as the seven-time world champion joined the team with the greatest traditions in F1.
It's an incredible story, but at the same time it has another aspect for me that Lewis and Ferrari know very well. In the end, it will only matter what happens on the track, and they are our rivals. We respect them, we watch their work together with excitement, but we only want one thing: to make their life as difficult as possible, and then to beat them. There is no going back, with the greatest respect, but we will break Ferrari's enthusiasm!” - said Andrea Stella with great respect, but even more motivation.
